The vaults should be 100% sealed against moisture (seek specialist advice)

The vaults are checked for static. Floor load is a total of 2000 kg/m2
Construction work (by your local mason/not exhaustive) ARCave is solely the manufacturer. We deliver on site. The actual placement is done by a local construction company:

Foundations / Base plates
Strip foundations; in the event of a vault length in excess of 3m a cross bolt is necessary
Montage / assembly is done by your local construction company
2-3 man montage personnel, montage shoots, wood chocks
Sealing against rising moisture

100% water-proofing, heat insulation if necessary
